Each year the school puts on a show at a local theatre.
From the early days of the school when the shows were put on in a local village hall with about a dozen performers and little technical facilities, these annual performances have grown to around 250 performers and become highly professional with all the lighting, sound and scenic effects people nowadays expect of West End theatre. Over the 30 or so years we have built up a very substantial following of enthusiastic supporters with many of our audience coming back year after year.
The school's ethos is performance based and all our students have a chance to be
involved in these shows whether they are struggling beginners or budding Darcey Bussells. When a show comes to an end, one of the most usual complaints from our performers is - "Can't we do it again?"
